About this product
Semi-fat Italian hard cheese obtained from cooked and slowly matured past. It has a delicate, savoury, mild taste but not piquant. The texture of the paste is minutely granular, exhibiting scale formation and minute holes which are barely visible. It has an external, natural, gold coloured rind. Perfect addition to any dish, pasta, potatoes or on salad!
