Delete your Shoparound account

You can permanently delete your account from the Shoparound website or mobile app. This request removes the account and synchronized data associated with it; it cannot be undone.

Delete on the website

  1. Sign in to the shoparound account you want to delete.
  2. Open Account, then find Account security.
  3. Select Delete account and complete the confirmation steps.
  4. Use the confirmation email if shoparound asks you to verify the request.

Delete in the app

  1. Open Profile and sign in if needed.
  2. Open Account privacy.
  3. Select Delete account and follow the confirmation prompts.

Cannot sign in? Contact support using the email address on the account. We may need to verify ownership before processing the request.

What deletion covers

  • Your shoparound profile and linked sign-in methods
  • Shopping lists you own, shared-list access, pending invitations and selected retailers
  • Favourite products, rewards cards, price alerts and their delivery history
  • Registered push devices, passkeys and active sessions

If you want a copy first, sign in and use Export my data before deleting the account. Lists owned by another person remain in their account, but you will immediately lose access. Lists you own are deleted for every household member, so tell collaborators or copy anything they need first. Anonymous information that cannot identify you and records we must retain to meet legal obligations may be kept where permitted by law.
