Made with spray-free Waikato cabbage, ginger, garlic and chilli, it’s perfect for anyone who likes the heat of kimchi and the texture of sauerkraut. Naturally fermented, unpasteurised and allergen-friendly, it’s delicious straight from the jar or added to rice bowls, noodles, burgers, toasties and eggs. It also makes a seriously good kimchi mayo. Made in small batches in Waikato, Kiss Me Kimchi was awarded a Gold Medal at the 2026 Outstanding Food Producer Awards.
