About this product
Native to India. Cardamon has a distinct aromatic flavour and is the third most expensive spice, behind saffron and vanilla. It adds exotic flavour and aroma to sweet and savoury dishes. It is an ingredient in Chai and adds flavour to coffee. Lightly crush the pods and add to rice and curries at the start of cooking and then remove before serving.
