Brancott Estate Blush Rose is crafted in a style that epitomises the unique character and flavour of the growing region. The fruit for this wine was sourced from vineyards along New Zealand’s East Coast. A blend of aromatic varieties was used, harvested by machine and gently pressed to temperature controlled stainless steel tanks, or fermented on skins for colour and body. After fermentation the wine was carefully blended to achieve the lightest pink colour, and fresh, primary aromas. The wine was stabilised and filtered to bottle, with no oak being used in the winemaking for a pure, fruit-driven style.
