Awarded 95 points and a Gold medal in the New World Wine Awards. Tohu wines is the first Māori owned wine company. Based in Te Tauihu at the top of the South Island, it has more than 4000 owner families and a philosophy to preserve and enhance for future generations. Producing estate-grown single vineyard wines since 1998, this Riesling instantly appeals with citrus flavours and just the slightest suggestion of sweetness at the end. Rieslings are a great match for spicy foods, and are perfect with roasted vegetables with natural sweetness, like onion, carrot and red capsicum.
