Acclaimed through the ages for its use in skin and hair care, we have combined this precious essential oil with a select blend of ingredients to create a toner that can purify, soothe and restore.Directions:Apply to cotton wool and wipe gently in upward movements over skin morning and night. For best results use Dr Organic Rose Otto Cleansing Milk before and follow with a Dr Organic moisturiser.
