. Use as directed by your dental or oral health professional.Wrap approximately 45 cm of floss around your middle fingers on both hands. Gripping it tightly between your thumbs and index fingers, glide the floss between your teeth carefully using a rocking motion. When the floss reaches the gum line, curve it gently against both teeth in a “C” shape, using different portions of the floss for each tooth.
