Inspired by Sichuan's signature mala profile, it delivers a spicy, savoury and tingling (numbing) flavour ideal for chicken, and also pairs well with pork, beef or seafood. Made to simplify cooking — just add protein, vegetables and a splash of water for a rich, restaurant-style dish at home. Crossed-grain certified gluten free and labelled with no added preservatives.
