No artificial colours, flavours or preservatives! Vegan friendly A premium unsweetened cocoa; beans are roasted and most of the cocoa fat removed to concentrate its rich flavour, then ground to a luxurious fine powder. It has not been alkalised like Dutch Cocoa, so retains its deep flavour and fruitiness from its natural acidity. It will add texture & a deep chocolate flavour in a variety of applications, working particularly well in recipes leavened with baking soda. An essential ingredient in any chocolatey creations, whether decadent cakes, cupcakes, brownies, desserts or added to coffee for a decadent mocha or an indulgent hot chocolate.
