Carnation Light & Creamy Evaporated Milk is a reduced‑fat concentrated milk ideal for cooking and baking. Made from low‑fat milk with much of the water removed, it provides a smooth, creamy texture to pasta sauces, stews (e.g. beef stroganoff), puddings and desserts while keeping fat levels lower than regular cream. Packaged in a 340mL long‑life can, it is convenient for pantry storage and for recipes that require a rich mouthfeel without the full fat of cream.
