Dissolve 1 tablet in a glass of water to make a pleasant-tasting orange drink. Each effervescent tablet contains: Vitamin C 250mg, Vitamin D3 5mcg, Zinc 3mg, Vitamin A 200mcg. Orange flavoured. No added sugar and contains only natural flavours Not to be taken by children under 2. Do not exceed daily dose. Excessive consumption may have a laxative effect.
